All returns must be approved and be issued a return authorization number. If an item is sent back without prior authorization, a $15 handling charge will be incurred in addition to any restocking fees and substantial delays in a credit can -follow. Requesting an authorization can be done by calling us at 1-866-739-2568. All credits will be issued as store credit. These credits do not expire.
You may return new, unopened spools sold and fulfilled by IsacordThread.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable. If the item was shipped initially under a free shipping promotion, regular ground delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
All returned spools must be factory sealed with the seal unbroken. Tape does not substitute for a factory seal. OPENED SPOOLS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
We do not offer exchanges.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 days of our receipt of the package. In many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. You will receive a copy of your refund credit in the mail.
PLEASE NOTE: REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE BILLED BOTH SHIPPING TO AND RETURNING SHIPPING, AS UPS BILLS US FOR A RETURN SHIPPING COST.
IF THE SHIPMENT WAS SHIPPED UNDER A FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION, ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
